Little Jake... One Month Old Today!

A month already?! Seems like yesterday we left the hospital with him. He just lights up when he hears Logan's voice. Jake is picking his head up and turning it from side to side. I think we're starting to see some "real" smiles now. Jake has Jesse's dimples when he smiles big, so cute.
